$150 dollars to perform an oil change and a tire rotation while checking the vehicle? They discovered a leaky ball joint which should be covered under my warranty but wanted to charge me for it. Plus the service advisor talked so quickly, you could barely understand him. This was my first visit since my free oil changes and tire rotation expired and it was a night and day experience.Review from Javier V

I was extremely happy with service that i received from both the collision and the service center. Prompt and courteous communications. They finished the work sooner than expected. I am the original owner and only driver of a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I recently hit what amounts to a large pothole at slow speed. My steering wheel became off centered and the dash Collision warning lights were activated. I brought my truck to Precision on 3/26/24 to correct the warning lights and wheel position. The Service Advisor, *******************, initially told me a diagnostic and inspection were necessary prior to any work being done. Cost $129.00 which I agreed to. Roughly 6 hours later ******************* called to tell me none of the work, dash lights and alignment, could be completed without extensive front end part replacements. He then hurriedly asked for my insurance information stating I wil take it from here. Only after asking the specific damages and total cost did he tell me all parts and labor required to a total cost of $5530.65. I declined any further work from them and brought it to a mechanic I have used in the past on other vehicles. He completed all services originally requested and stated NONE of the new parts ******************* quoted were needed or appeared damaged. Total cost was $250, pics are included. Thankful that the Svc Mgr **** refunded the $129.00 Diagnostic but I have to wonder how many others for one reason or another cannot get a second opinion and have been taken advantage of. Maybe ******************* saw that I was retired and handicapped plated vehicle would be an easy ***** I dont know but dont see how I could ever return to this dealer for service or sales. We have documented evidence, including pictures and video, of multiple issues with your steering and suspension systems.We performed the requested inspection, documented our findings, and provided a quote for the damaged components. Our technicians are trained to inspect and repair Toyota vehicles to factory standards, not to perform temporary fixes. The evidence supports that ancillary repairs beyond an alignment are needed.While you are free to choose any repair facility, this doesn't negate our findings. save ur money and do not go to this place, if i cloud i would review lower. told me i wouldnt need a co-signer if i put ***** down. ended up needing a co-signer with the money down. tried s******* me with fees that were never reviewed. then took 7-8 months to get a call about my tags. also sold me a car with destroyed rotors, paid 800 out of my pocket with only having the car for 6 months. truly ridiculous.Precision Toyota of Tucson Response

If your original address had been maintained, or if we had been informed of the change sooner, you would have received your plates within approximately three weeks. We only became aware of this issue when you reached out to us several months later. Once notified, we acted swiftly to secure and send the duplicate plates to you.As for the condition of your vehicle's rotors, they successfully passed our pre-delivery inspection, with brake pads measuring 8 mm significantly exceeding the 4 mm standard for used vehicles. We dont have any records of subsequent service requests from you regarding this matter.Regarding the loan terms, the initial estimate was provided before we had your complete credit information. After receiving and processing this information, we presented you with revised terms based on the bank's approval. You then agreed to these terms to complete the purchase.We want to reassure you that our approach throughout your experience was rooted in professionalism, transparency, and promptness.
