      I bought a 2023 Yukon xl on January 2nd my temp tag expired 2/16. I called and they were supposed to give me a new temp tag and I never got it. I’ve called everyday since 2/16 to try and talk to someone to get me a new temp tag and no one is answering or responding to my voicemails. I called dmv and they don’t show us owning the vehicle to get a tag with them. So I’m left with an illegal vehicle to drive.

      On Thursday, February 1, 2024, I went to see a car at Quebedeaux Mitsubishi. I did not like the vehicle I had inquired about and the salesman said maybe we could find something else to look at. I was COMPLETELY transparent about my budget, my credit rating, my down payment, having a car at another dealership I was going to look at and not having a trade in. We looked at a Nissan Sentra that was about 3k over my budget and the salesman told me (REPEATEDLY) not to worry about the price. He also said they work with all kinds of credit. He said his manager could work "magic". We took the car for a test drive and the salesman asked me if I could come inside until his manager came from the other lot. I could hear him talking to his manager stating "Yeah, I can buy time." I didn't have to be at work for an hour and I knew with my situation, I would not be a priority so I didn't mind waiting. When he came back and sat down, he said he would need to run the numbers. I asked if it would be a hit on my credit record or a pre-authorization that would not affect my credit and he said "Yeah, something like that." I had already told him about a previous experience where the car dealership made numerous inquiries and he looked shocked so I knew he understood what I was asking. Then he kept going back and forth to the manager which I could hear talking and finally introduced me to the manager instead of all the back and forth. The manager told me he needed time to look at the numbers, praised me for doing God's work and told me what a good person he tried to be. I asked about my credit report again and he said he already ran it. I was not happy but with the reassurance of getting into the vehicle, I let it be. Come to find out, they hit my credit report SEVEN times and they would need A LOT more to make it happen. I was so transparent and I feel completely taken advantage of. I want all those inquiries removed from my credit report.

      I bought a used car from Quebedeaux on Feb. 9, 2023. As I test drove the car the tire light was on and ****, my sales person, said the tires did need a little bit of air.. Ok, no problem. The day I bought it, as I'm driving home, the windshield wiper light on the dashboard was on. Not sure how this was missed... tons of fluid coming out of it onto my driveway. The next day the check engine light came on. I called **** to let her know what was happening. She was very apologetic and said it would be taken care of. I dropped off the car to the Service Center. I told **, my service advisor, the sunroof had been making a popping noise every so often when I would open it. He said he would check out all issues. At this point ** had been pretty good about keeping in touch with me. By the end of the week they had figured out it was the Catalytic Converter. Now they have to get approval to order the part and wait 3-4 days for it to come in. Ridiculous. It took a whole extra week to get my car back. No communication from the service center. Couldn't get ahold of anyone all week to get an update. I had to borrow a car for 2 weeks to get to work. Finally get it back. The sunroof is now worse as I checked it the day I took it home. It was now making loud noises and would not even shut. I took my car back AGAIN and they had my car for another whole week and they say they can't fix it until it completely breaks. They did not note this on paperwork either which I find odd. (Service Mgr Adam) This is absurd. Why did it take a week to figure this out? I can not even use it because it gets stuck open and the horrendous sound it makes. They also had to fix my rear turn signal light as well. I've had my car for 5 weeks and the service center has had it for 3 of those weeks. I also bought the extended warranty thank goodness. I just want my sunroof fixed and them not have my car another week or two. My first payment is due and I've barely gotten to drive it! Make it right!!

      When purchasing vehicle , the staff handled purchase very poorly. Though we continued with getting vehicle, we waited for plates to come in mail. Our plates expired finally got to DMV, and find that vehicle wasn’t registered in name and now are having to repurchase tags. And figure out when we can get the plates we already paid for.

      I purchased a vehicle 2-3 months ago! I’ve had mechanics issues with it ever since I got it. The service department says they “fixed” it but never did! I went to my own shop to get an alignment done after spending 300 of my own money to keep my car droveable! I was told they can’t align because the dealership seized two parts together! I called the service department and they won’t do anything about it

      May 11th-Call about 2020 Suburban, in detail, come in tomorrow to look at it May12th-Hour drive, meet *******, can’t find vehicle for 30 minutes. Finds it, never was in detail, owner has it, make the deal now, we’ll call you tomorrow on when to pick up. May13th-No call. I call, it’s currently in detail, call you back in an hour with an update. 3 hours pass, I send text asking for update, told it will be ready by tomorrow, I say we will be in first thing to pick up. May 14th- Hour drive, vehicle was never in detail, still not ready. Gives option to have it detailed as fast as they can or we pay for a detail and get reimbursed. 3 hours later, Suburban comes around, clean on the outside. We try to hurry and switch over vehicles only to find that the inside was NOT touched. We’re late for prior engagement, no time to have them redo it. Call on our way out of the parking lot to discuss it with a manager. Sends me his email to send him an invoice for detail reimbursement. May 20th- Sent reimbursement invoice-No response May 25th-Follow up-No response June 2nd-Follow up-No response June 8th- Call from ******* to see how the vehicle is doing, I tell him about the reimbursement issue. Gives me his email, says to send him the invoice and he will personally take care of it. Invoice sent shortly after we get off of the phone. June 22nd- Follow up with ******* about detail reimbursement. Says check should have been sent, he will follow up with me. Stress to send to P.O. Box, give the address, and he says not to worry. June 28th- Follow up with *******-No response July 9th- Follow up to tell him I give up.

      Went to get a car and they promised with no down payment . Signed all paperwork and they kept postponing and I never talked to the same person no one ever knew a thing.until 2 weeks later finally after all the supposed parts and my car should be very “detailed “ I went to go pick up the car and they said it’s still in the shop and needs work . I texted them I don’t want the car or their business anymore. Looked this morning at my credit they still charged me 15,000 Evil i had lost my daughter My home and now this paying for a car that I don’t have .
