I took my vehicle to Nissan Body Shop for repair, very bad customer service. I had called couple of days before and they said they had the part when I dropped off the vehicle they called me back to tell me they have to order the part. I took them almost 2 months just to replace a bumper and do minor body work. I kept calling and leaving messages, they never return my calls. While my vehicle was in the shop they stripped off the paint and try to tell me that it was already there, I told them I have pictures of my vehicle prior to dropping it off with them and they admitted they caused it. Also they broke the tailgate locking mechanism and tell me that it was already broken they also messed up my keyless entry wiring and were not able to open my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for one repair and it came out with more problems caused by them and they continue to argue with me and deny they had anything to do with it. Very bad communication between employees and they kept blaming one another. The manager ******, the assistant ***** and ******* have very bad work ethic. No customer service what so ever. They make you feel like you are not welcome, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a body shop. I am a long time Nissan customer, after this kind of service I will never take my vehicle there for body work and I'm going to make sure my family and friends know not to take their vehicles there at all. I thought that for being a prestige place of business customers would be treated a lot better. I'm very disappointed with Nissan allowing to have employees that are just there to collect a check. They do not show any care for the customer or any sense of urgency. I wasn't even offered a bottle of water or something to drink while waiting.

This place is a joke. I brought my Nissan in for an ** problem. IT was loud when the ** was on and increased when the fan was turned up. They wrote it up for that exact issue. They replaced my radiator fan and a transmission hose. Charged me 100 under my warranty. Got my car and it still sounded like a tornado in the car. Called back that day and they couldnt get me back in for 2 days. I leave the state in 4 days. Got the car in, turned the fan off and said they couldnt find any issue. MY BF made them sit in the car and turned the fan on...Oh we hear a faint sound. They seriously need to get thier hearing checked and their techs properly trained. Upon force of making them look at the issue they discover that the ** blower has 5-6 fins missing and that there is actually an issue. Charged me another 100 to fix the issue that the car was originally in the shop for and would not honor it under the original reason the car was brought in. This place is a joke and a rip off and only in it to make money. They have zero care for their customers and their techs need training on how to diagnos issues and listen to their customers. Avoid at all costs....By the way thier manager **** is totally useless.

Took my 2016 Nissan Rogue to dealership to check if there was transmission fluid in my vehicle because I had my vehicle act weird the day prior. Knowing that the flashing light that came on indicates there's a low fluid in my vehicle I figured I'd take it in to the dealership since they knew exactly how to check all the fluids. I had it services 2 months prior and requested ALL fluids be checked. This time While there they stated that it is a *** transmission fluid cannot be checked. They could only drain and fill it or flush it. I found that very odd. I did some research and there is a way to check if the vehicle has transmission fluid in it (which is done fairly easy long as you have the computer, 14 mm socket and a **** to get under said vehicle. ) I returned to nissan to purchase some *** Fluid just in case its needed as a mechanic friend said he could be here to assist me. (i have a semester in auto mechanics at **** so I knew what I was gonna be getting into doing it my self which is why i wanted to have the nissan check if fluid was even in it.) After I purchased the fluid I spoke with a service supervisor named ****** I explained that there was a way to check if there was fluid in it and tried to show him the video i came accross.( he than said he didnt need to see the video and that he was gonna go get the technician and would come to my car and he walked away. I waited fairly upset that he didn't seem to wanna hear what I was trying to explain. Getting to my vehicle I explained to him that I understand there was no dipstick but that there is a way to check if there's fluid in there by taking out the nut on the Overflow and feeling if there's fluid as it should be dripping out of there but just a little not excessively. He then told me that Nissan does not allow them to check the fluid on the *** transmissions. And that I was talking to him as if he did not know what I was talking about but that he did know and that I was wrong and that he was not going to be servicing my vehicle at all I told him I did not need him to service my vehicle because I was going to do it myself due to the fact that they could not even check to see if there was fluid in my transmission at that point I get in my vehicle and told ***** to have a great day. Once I left I called and left a message for the other supervisor *************************. Before we started I was told I will need to get a gasket for the drain plug so I went back to the Nissan dealership to purchase more CBT fluid and gasket for my vehicle. Mind you I did not go into the service center for anything. I left the Nissan Thoroughbred with the items I purchased on my way home I received a call from ***** telling me that he did not appreciate me cursing at his parts counter and that I was not allowed to return to Nissan and that I would not be service ever. Again I explained to him that I did not cuss at anyone I did not curse towards anyone at any point during any of my time at Nissan thoroughbred. I explained to him why don't he go get on the cameras and listen and watch the video to see what really happened before he assumes that I'm cursing at somebody. And I told him I was not going to argue with him I did not wish to speak with him that I wanted to speak with his supervisor ********************* man who had yet to call me back. ***** then told me that he heard the message I left for ****** and that I was very nice on the message but not in person. I told him that I wanted to speak with ****** and that I wanted ****** to call me back. ***** said he will not be calling me back. At that point I was so upset I just hung up because I did not feel a need to argue about the facts. I called couple times to again speak with the supervisor but was hung up on.This Thoroughbred service center manager ***** definitely was rude because he thought I was maybe belittling him about the fact that I know about my vehicle. I never once cursed at him nor his employees. I never received a call back from ****** and was told I was no longer allowed on premises of the business.

i was a co signer for a deal , we traded in a paid off vehicle mustang and a fusion that was being financed and owed money on. The first day of signing for the vw cc we got from used Nissan thoroughbred it smelt of gasoline and we took it back and was advised the car had a gas leak and they fixed it but it was brought to our attention it needed new control arms so they replaced them however after the car started going into "limp mode" and the check engine light came on with a red steering wheel light came on, my bf was upset and clearly had legit reasons to be,the car was not wanting to turn on it would just crank and the smell of gasoline, we left the car at my parents and drive to nissan in my lexus and was told it was our responsibility to get the car over to them for them to look at the car , they would not tow it, we drove back to my parents house and the car turned on but it was puttering really bad , but, we had to get it to the dealership we got it to thooughbred and went to check on it after a couple days and I was told our car was taken HOME by a tech to be "test driven" and brought back the next day. No one cared to make us aware before this was done nor ask our permission to have a tech take our car home we just purchased. We got the car back they said they couldn't figure out the problem I had called several times because it was not right everything we had gone thru with this car we were sold that was "tip top shape " and had "no issues" then a couple days later he got a call from finance and the man said "we noticed on your contract has the wrong amount we put $4500 for your trade in and we had to pay the bank $6119 and either you pay us or we are going to report you to collections " since that call they blocked our phone numbers from calling the dealership , we hadn't gotten the plates because they put the wrong address on the registration the gm said I could go down there to get a paper plate after the finance cmpanty had called and the receptionist said she was told not to talk to accept nor take calls from us nor the bank and the bank sent their market manager go to the store and we couldnt get a hold of anyone and my bf was told he couldnt return back to the store so the gm called me and told me I could come to the store to pick up paper plate which I did but from the first day we got this car we gave wanted our money back, anyone and everyone would, and everyone says they are so sorry and they will help with whatever is needed , if that's the case then take this car back and give us our money back because us and our 1 and 2 year old kids didnt and dont deserve this and should not have to go thru this any longer, actions speak louder than words, take the car back and give us our money back. Back up what your saying to me. Theres so much more but I'm just so sick of the entire situation just as anyone else would want the dealership should be more than willing to give us our money back as in the down payment and the the cost for the trade in and mustang
