Please review the attached explanation regarding the timeline of events. On August 2nd, 2023, I entrusted my vehicle to Tucson Subaru for specific repairs. However, they incorrectly diagnosed the issue, leading to unnecessary parts and labor charges unrelated to the primary concern for which my vehicle was brought in. I promptly addressed this discrepancy both in person and through written communication, as well as over the phone. Despite these efforts, Tucson Subaru has consistently overlooked this issue. Consequently, I am now seeking a full refund.

I was attempting to buy a New Subaru Forester from Tucson Subaru working with Estavan Rosas. Somehow a "CJ" got involved, but I never talked to him. The only business card I received was from Estavan. I must have received some e-mails, but didn't recognize the name since I never spoke with him. All I wanted was a document that described the who, what, when where, why and how on the car. Really simple request. I don't want to sign a document where something could be added at a later date, not trusting car dealerships. Estavan keep saying they could not do it since the car was not made. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I waited days and finally called in and left a message with Terry Iseminger. He did not call in, so after waiting days I called in again and asked for the General Manager John Pater Savage. Once I left that message I got a quick call from Terry Iseminger the Sales Manager. It started off heated, but I again asked why couldn't I get a document that described exactly what I would be buying. It was apparent Terry didn't want to sell me a car stating I was "mean." Terry was adamant he or his salesmen would not sell me a car. I then got a call from the GM Savage. I went through the story with him got basically the same responses and I told him I was recording the conversation as Arizona is a one-party consent state. He got really upset I was recording and terminated the conversation. He did say in essence the dealership has more customers than cars and I take that to mean to hell with customer service. I will also file this information with the Subaru Corporation. I will tell anyone that like most people I don't trust car dealers. In my professional career I had the opportunity to work criminal cases against dealerships. All I wanted was a document then when I signed it, I knew exactly what I was buying to me very simple.

We have no desire to help this customer. He has treated all of our staff with complete disrespect. He refused to believe we could not provide a document he wanted. He proceeded to call us all idiots. I personally tried to explain to no avail, only to be told he took notes and recorded our conversation. I then told him to have a nice life. He also called our GSM an asshole. Under the current climate of mental health crisis I refuse to expose our staff to further bullying and ridicule. Peoria has a car on the ground he wants and ours is an order so please direct him to Peoria Subaru. Thank You

took this long to respond. They initiated with the words. Like most businesses today they can’t spell customer service. They just want your money. I would never buy from this business. Everyone know car dealers are crooks.

We are unable to provide the document the customer requested, I explained to him and based on how he has treated our staff we are not interested in doing business with him.

On 2/11 I called Tucson Subaru asking about the availability of a pre-owned vehicle. I was told the vehicle was available for sale but not available for sale to me because I wasn't a Tucson resident. My primary residence is 100 miles away from the dealership. I'm requesting they advertise this policy on easy to access and prominent locations on their pre-owned vehicle listings, website and Google My Business page.
