We have multiple times contacted these individuals At the northwest location in order to get photos from the ultrasound that my fiancé just had we have gone into the office. We have called at least two dozen times. This is an ongoing issue. I do intend to file formal complaints with the state and whoever else I can in order to rectify this issue.Initial Complaint

My gynecologist, Dr. Jenna Studer, repeatedly suggested a hysteroscopy to determine the reason for the thickening of my uterine wall. I was hesitant, especially after learning I would have to pay the anesthesiologist $850 before the procedure. Dr. Studer and the scheduling person both told me that if I had the procedure done in the office, I would pay a $45 copay to Ironwood. I paid the copay. Now I have a bill for over $1000 to Ironwood. I spoke to their billing person on March 11, 2024 who stated that the insurance company "changed" the code. I spoke to my insurance company on March 11, 2024 who stated that Ironwood put the surgery code on the claim form. They are pointing fingers at each other and I shouldn't have to keep calling both parties to resolve this. The bill should be removed from my account. I haven't paid it so I don't need a refund. I should not owe Ironwood any more money.
