      New eyeglass prescription was provided after an exam. I selected frames and requirements. Right lens came back with imperfection and they were returned. Glasses apparently sent to lens manufacturer for repair. Came back after 2 weeks with no change to imperfection (actually worse because someone tried to buff it out making scratches in the lens on top of the imperfection). I retuned the glasses to Sunburst Optical, and an Optician verified the imperfection, used a marker to mark the area and said it would be fixed (he said both lenses would be replaced due to lot manufacturing concerns). Later, I received a call from a very disgruntled and unprofessional office manager who said they would not fix my glasses. Every question or comment I had only escalated her abusive demeanor... talk about the opposite of being customer-centric and trying to solve problems, wow! She refused to acknowledge the issue the optician verified, refused to fix the problem, and simply demanded I go elsewhere for my prescription needs. I have a reasonable expectation to get my new glasses, that I paid for, without blemish or imperfections. I think it's reasonable to expect alignment and clarity from the Sunburst Optical team, and to be treated professionally! I want my glasses fixed, refunded, and an apology from this office manager.
