Best ************ in ******! We use them for all of our properties and always have had a great experience. We recently used them for rodent control and they have been extremely diligent and knowledgeable. My mom had a snake in the garage and they didnt leave until they found it and removed it for her. Arizona Pest Control is an excellent company. Their employees are pleasant, prompt, reliable and very knowlegeable about eradicating bugs in your home. I would not hesistate in using them. I have been on contract with them for termite control and bimonthly spraying of my house and outdoor perimeter for years.Review from Sam S

I am a property manager, and I use Arizona Pest Control for all my work. I value the professional service to get the job done right at all my rentals. From termite treatments to routine service, I appreciate the job being done correctly with no hassle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They came to do a report for a refinance and will not release the report unless I give them ANOTHER $75 after paying $200 FOR the report, or so the salesman said because I didnt go with their treatment. This extra fee was not explained in the slightest by their sale rep. So I paid $200 and got NOTHING unless I pay extra. Bad business practice. Ill be letting the BBB, my bank, and everyone I know about their shady business practices. Why do you charge so much more than competitors, hold reports hostage, and force people into using your service if youre so reputable/your product is so good? The report isnt done, it is not filed with the state, and never got to me so a verbal you got termites is not an acceptable service to charge $200 for.I want my money back for services not rendered.
