We canceled our service with Responsible Pest Control early in 2022 and received verbal confirmation over the phone. The next month (February) a service person showed up in spite of the cancellation and we allowed them to complete service. Then in March they showed up again and we turned the service person away and asked the service person to communicate to the office that we had canceled over two months ago. We were charged for both visits and then referred to collections for lack of payment. We have paid for the Feb charge but will not pay for a service that was not conducted in March and resent being sent to collections. The March charge should be removed and Responsible Pest Control should get it's bookkeeping in order so that when a customer cancels they don't continue to send service people out.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18561493, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
