When we left ****** on March 1st all 3 hvac systems worked perfectly. On 3/13 when the regular house inspection was done, everything still worked fine. After Fusion inspected the system the one that controls the heat in the master bedroom section was broken. A technician from my regular hvac company came on 3/19 to check ($40 service call) and said the unit needed a new blower motor which they would install for $650. He said (and documented) that some wires were disconnected and hanging loose and had caused the short. He also said this had absolutely been caused by whoever did the inspection of the unit (Fusion Plumbing) because if the inspection had been done properly and thoroughly, they would have been in there with those wires and there was no way those wires were loose before or it would have already blown up before the regular house inspection when the heat came on. On 3/20 he returned with the blower motor and discovered that the circuit board was also damaged from the inspection disaster and it would cost another $350 for that repair. My tech supplied me with additional documentation and pictures of the inside of the furnace resulting from what he described as damage amounting to sabotage by a company known to be incompetent.
