wonderful service from Tucson Plumbing,! we had a new toilet , faucets and a Nuvo h2o water softner system installed . Everything was perfect! they showed up on time, got all the work done efficiently. everyone was pleasant and answered all our questions . will give Tucson Plumbing the highest recommendation. We chose Tucson Plumbing because of a good friends recommendation. We are happy we did. ****** was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I called on Tucson Plumbing because of how long they have been in business, and because they have the shills and equipment to tackle most any job. I requested to have a number of new remote rear yard hose bibs installed using PEX pipping in a newly rebuilt and enlarged yard. The Tech was well trained to serve the customers needs and wants. He called me when leaving the shop with an approx. arrival time and even arrive a bit early. He presented himself as friendly helpful and knowledgeable of his trade. He came well equipped with the correct tools and had all the materials necessary to complete the job as requested without having to run for materials in the middle of the job. I am sure the work I requested was not your normal service call. When finished, he presented me a final bill, which was as quoted before starting. If I need plumbing work in the future, I surely will call on this company again.Review from Diana M

Professional from start to finish. Came out and gave an estimate for tankless hot water heater, which was much less than another plumbing service. Installed the model we wanted and followed through with visit to assist in changing some settings. Highly recommend!Review from Dori F

Great service for a blocked main line off the kitchen on a Sunday. Said they'd be here at 10 am but ended up coming several hours later... not a big deal on a Sunday though. When we called we mentioned that we had seen the $97 special on their website about on unblocking drains. When it was time to charge for the service suddenly that the online coupons didn't apply to emergency service (even though a coupon on their website says ****************** at No Extra Cost", which influenced us to call them in the first place over other competitors). They were going to charge us full price but called a manager who allowed a partial discount. bringing **** down from $389 to $289. Still felt like a bit of a bait and switch. We are very happy to hear that you loved our service. I am so sorry that there was confusion. The coupon is supposed to be for normal business hours only and it will be corrected. We are very sorry for the incorrect information. Our technicians do not work on commission they are hourly unlike most plumbing companies in Tucson, That is why we do not have that coupon for weekends or nights due to after hour rates we pay our techs. Again I am very sorry for the information. please feel free to contact me and I can surely help make you hapier.
