******************* with 5 star pool service is not a person you want to hire for any chemical or repair service for your pool I had multiple horrible experiences with him being very negligent with the care of our pool after calling him out on why our pool was turing a ****** green and also calling him out on claiming he was putting chemicals in our pool when we new for a fact he wasn't because we caught him on our servalence cameras just coming into the back yard looking then just simply leaving he decided that we were being rude for calling him out on it and told us he was no longer wanting to service our pool it got to the point where we got black mold on our ****** tec and for the rest of the pools life we will need to have a higher chlorine level just to make sure the black mold doesn't return. I had to reached out to three reputable pool companies for a evaluation of the pool water and they took samples of the water and got it evaluated and all three pool companies came back with the exact same thing which was the ph balance was drastically off as well as other elements that was all in his control . All of the companies agreed that this was solely his responsibility and because of Manny negligence we had to pay another company to reverse the damage he created to the pool water.We will be seeking compensation in small claims court for him to pay back the amount we are out and we incurred due to Manny negligence.
