We allowed him to use our side yard to access the neighbors yard. He promised to fill with fresh rock and fix the driveway his employees etched and chipped the sides off the driveway. He promised to have it fixed on certain dates multiple times over months and still has not fixed any of it.Business response

We appreciate you allowing us to access our client's home through your side yard. Your side wall has been rebuilt as promised, we apologize for any uncontrollable & unforeseen delays in repairing of your chips on side driveway. This repair was scheduled on Friday October 14th per our phone conversation, at this time you stated that you weren't satisfied with repairing of the chips you wanted our company to redo your entire driveway. However, during the time we were engaged in construction at your neighbor’s residence, other commercial vehicles were present and accessing your driveway and side yard. We kindly asked to view the footage from your cameras to justify any damage that was stated was done from our crew. We strive on customer service and will definitely take care of any damage caused by our crew.Customer response

They were supposed to make the repairs on three different dates and failed to per the texts provided. They were also supposed to coordinate with the landscaper and failed to do so as per their promise. I have texts from the landscaper proving so and texts from him saying he would do so. They also agreed the damage was done by them and the Initial photos back in June where provided. They offered to do a 20.00 chip fill repair. Upon consultation a concrete professional I was advised this repair would break within 30 days by two individuals. I did not ask or expect the entire driveway to be replaced. I asked for the two areas damaged. On agreement in May I was assured all damaged would be repaired and the rocks would be refreshed after the pool dig. I would not have to wait months. I replaced the rock and paid for it. I have not received any repairs or compensation. My landscaping was completed on 10/12. They offered a poor patch job to be done on the 14th. The only vehicles present was their own.Business response

We are a small locally owned business that truly values customer service & satisfaction. We have requested the 2 estimates from Mr. ******** on 2 occasions, again to offer a resolution in this matter. We have not heard back from him. We want to settle this professionally & promptly for the ********'s. Can you please provide us with the 2 estimates so we can resolve this? Again, we have never refused to resolve this matter, we truly appreciate Mrs. ******** allowing us to access her yard for our customer's swimming pool build.Customer response

A text conversation took place 4 days ago. We requested names of contractors to do the job. We have not received those as per the text. We are also out of town while handling this. Given it has only been four days and we have waited 5 months. They need to fulfill the request as agreed.
