    ******** owner of this company quoted a job that would take 2-4 weeks to be completed. Job took 6 months because he kept doing others jobs and pushing me off. Not to mention he’d ask for money in advance numerous times. He said his work had Warrenty. A week later the epoxy peeled off the stairs of my pool and began chipping in other places inside the pool. I’ve called and texted with no response. He keeps ignoring me.

    We signed a contract with "A Pool Guy" on May 3rd 2022 for plastering our pool with "Sparkle Quartz Laguna". The plaster was not applied evenly and the pool was drained a 2nd time with the assurance that the problem would be remedied and the plaster was reapplied. The pool still did not have evenly applied plaster but I was told that the application of Muriatic acid would resolve the situation. A 1-year warranty was given and a final payment was made on May 27th 2022. After application of the acid in accordance with the contractor's instructions the pool was still plastered unevenly and there were many blotches throughout the pool. The contractor inspected and agreed that the pool needs to be completely replastered and said that the pool would be drained a 3rd time and the work would be completed before the end of June. Throughout the month of July the contractor was contacted numerous times and each time the contractor had an excuse for not appearing to complete the job. After August 1st the contractor stopped responding to texts and phone calls. We have paid $8,710 and now the pool needs to be drained a 3rd time and replastered. We have already paid a June water **** of $1,288.89 (instead of our normal **** of approximately $288) for the 1st two pool refills and have only been compensated $400 from the contractor. Another water refill will cost approximately $500. This contractor is totally unqualified and dishonest and should be avoided. We seek financial compensation for the work needed to replaster the pool and pay for the water drainage and replacement.
