Ambiance Pool Service installed a new pump in my Pool last year. It has never worked correctly. There is not enough pressure to run my pool cleaner. There is a waterfall feature that used to be an actual waterfall. Now it is barely a trickle. I have tried numerous times to get them to fix it. They always claim it is just that the filter needs cleaning. They've cleaned it 3 times just this month, but pool is still yellow. It doesn't matter how many times they clean the filter, how much chlorine the Pool has, or the chemical balance. It is yellow because the pump will not pump. I need a pump repair, not another filter clean.Business response

We have responded to the complainant's home multiple times and after cleaning the filter, the pump functions as it should. The complainant's pool is maintained by her and not in a manner that is effective. Her pool has algae in it which clogs the filter, restricting the ability of the pump to properly move water. She has been informed of this on multiple occasions. There has been no change in the water quality or effectiveness of her pool maintenance efforts. She will continue to experience these issues, no matter who responds to her concerns, until the pool is properly maintained and rid of the current algae component as shown in the attached photos.
