I made a purchase on LisaFrank.com for my daughter's birthday on Nov 23, 2023. Because her birthday was the next week, I paid for 2 day expedited shipping and I expected to receive my package on November 27th. I did not receive any updates about my purchase until November 30 when they told me it had been shipped. Today is December 6 and I still have not received my package or any further updates on when its arriving. My daughters bday is long past so I had to get her another present. Lisa Frank has not refunded me my express shipping fee or the cost of the item.
