I purchased a home in a new development from ***************** in ******, ** in February, but, due to my father's deteriorating health and eventual death from ALS, was not able to begin moving in until August 1st. I had mail forwarding set up to ensure I would receive, and be able to respond to, any mail sent to my new home.When my mother and stepfather returned from their annual 4-month stay in ******* 2 days ago, they found several letters from PM addressed to me but sent to them, including two "Notices of Violation" and one "Notice of Hearing", regarding supposed weeds in my front lawn, as well as the quarterly assessment statement. Nothing of the sort was sent to MY address, nor was any email or phone communication attempted. Needless to say, I received all of these far past the final date listed for me to take any action by.These were also the ONLY communications I received. I have not received a copy of the CC&Rs (which are the sole source of the rule I supposedly violated), any information on services provided, information on the *** Board, its membership, how it is structured and elected, the *** website, or even whom to contact to receive my trash bins - I've been forced to drive my trash to the dump myself! This was also the first I heard of PM, period.The claims of weeds in my small gravel front yard were also quite dubious, as, when I moved in, there were none to be found; in fact, even the plants being watered by the irrigation system were barely alive, and the tree ***************** planted had barely grown, whereas even on properties built later, the trees are over twice the size of mine. It seems actively hostile to life. They threatened $10/day fines for these phantom weeds, so I guess this is how they make their money.I've been part of many ***s, but Platinum hasleft a singularly bad taste in my mouth. The only service they seem to provide is to lighten wallets. I finally found the website, and it is essentially just a link to their payment processor.

Unless the owner provides a different address to management, in writing, we cannot modify it. Since you did request the change on 8/23/23, all written notices and mailings will be mailed to the new address provided.The weeds you reference were cited on 3 different occasions - 5/11/23, 5/25/23, and 6/8/23. We are happy to provide you photos taken on those particular days if you wish.Lastly, a copy of the governing documents for the community should have been provided to you by the sales office upon sale. These documents can be emailed to you if you do not have them.Please feel free to contact me should you have questions or concerns.
