I moved into my new rental house on 7/31/2024. The address is **** * ***** ** **** * ******* ** *****. On the date of move in, the house was in horrible condition. Everything was dirty, nothing had been set up, and there were bugs everywhere. It was so bad I couldn’t even sleep there and decided to spend one last night at my previously rented apartment. TR Realty is one of the most unprofessional and rude realty company’s I’ve ever dealt with. The house I just moved into is ridden with bugs and pests, has damage to every single surface and fixture, and is overall in horrible condition. They do not take care of properties during vacancies and leave the water heater temps below 100 degrees which allow dangerous bacteria to grow in the water. I was misled during the entire signing process and am now stuck in what I consider to be an unfit dwelling. They have been anything but helpful and have consistently delayed multiple attempts to fix and remedy health and safety issues like our baseboards being raised which allows bugs free access inside the house. There’s holes and paint chips in almost every single room, wood floors that are stained beyond repair or cleaning, the front door is installed improperly allowing for air, water, and bugs to enter through cracks, the A/C system barely works in the main bedroom, and to top it all off we still have yet to receive our own trash can. Despite the horrendous state of the house and property, the owner has the gaul to insist that it’s our (the tenants) responsibility to maintain pest control even though the pests and bugs were here before we even moved in! Overall this has been a terrible experience and I am looking at the possibility of hiring an attorney to get out of this lease so I can live in fit conditions. Please go to a different realty company if your considering buying and renting from this place. You will save yourself so much time and stress. It’s only been 2 weeks since I moved in…
