      I have lived here since July of 2021 and not until recently, started experiencing tons of issues. I would say back in September of 2023 I began have issues with the apt office. They had issues with my pets and needed a reason to try and push me out. I feel that it is due to the new management and community director. On March 15th, 2024 they placed a letter in my door stating that there would be a "fire hazard" inspection to take place the very next day, the 16th. I was out of town, so I called to ask if anyone needed to be present. They said no. So I'm assuming they entered to check out the "fire hazard" things they needed to. how would I know. No note was left that they had any problems or issues with my apt so I was led to believe I had "passed" the inspection. I get home on the 17th which was that Sunday. I then received an email on Monday the 19th stating I had an outstanding balance on my account for the amount of $352.00. Mind you fortunately, I am on the government Section 8 program and know that rent is never late! And I never have late fees. I quickly responded with "what exactly do I have late fees for" and to please call me. Their response was that there was repairs done to the porch area due to pet damage, which was false because I had already advised them back in September, that the damage was not done by my pet, but was there when I moved in. They said ok and never another word about it, until this inspection took place. The only "repair" that it visible that they did was put a coat of paint over the rust damage that was already there before me. They are trying to get more tenants now and I say "DON'T DO IT!" Also they have signs saying pet friendly, this is very untrue! They won't even allow dogs to hang out on the porch for a bit during the day, they don't have a dog park, but have enough room for one! They don't have "poop bags" accessible to you while walking your dog, incase you're not prepared so you can imagine the kind of "shit" you see.

      7/15/2023 I went in Jazmin L. was there to help I told her I have a 8+ credit score this being my FIRST time renting, I didn’t know how it worked. I asked her if the apartment contained bed bugs, or roaches. She said they are good at taking care of the issue that they provide pest control every 2 weeks even if you don’t have them,I asked can I see a 2bed two bath she didn’t have any available at the time. She was friendly and I thought she was being honest and helpful, so I started the process,I asked how soon can u have the apartment ready she said it’s takes 2 weeks, but she was going to need my deposit but 3 days after she runs my credit I said ok let me know, but I knew very well I would past my background and credit check, so of course I did, so she said she thinks buy 7/28 it would be ready so again I asked can I see if before again she said it’s not ready. I said ok. Well 28 is coming up so she says apartment is not going to be ready for the 28, I understood, I asked is there something I should be worried about? Why isn’t it going to be ready? Jazmin stated maintenance was behind. I asked a total of three times to see the complex and was turned away each time. On 8/1 I called to see how the process is going, she states that on 8/4 it would be ready. I then asked if she needed anything else from me, she states no she did not. Friday came she asked for my first month rent and states she can’t give me the key with out that money, so I grab what was needed. Jazmin then just has me sign a bunch of papers. Once finalized, I was given the keys, the wrong keys. Jazmin did not do a walk through with me, just handed over the keys. When I get to the apartment given to me, the keys would not unlock the door. I had to get ahold of the emergency line, once let in the apartment was filthy. There was roaches and bugs everywhere within the complex. I took videos and pictures as evidence. I wonder if this was the reasoning on why I was not shown the complex. I never moved in.

      I am a current tenant living at Las VIllas De Kino. My bathroom has some sort of mold growing on the roof. There was a Maintenace man that stopped by 2 weeks ago he took a look and said he would be back after his lunch, and he never returned. He also mentioned the upstairs neighbors could be having a leak but yet avoided to speak to them. We have contacted the office with phone calls and emails, and they recommended WE buy a spray to clean the mold. Right now, it looks like the roof is going to cave in in my main bathroom. I have tried to have patience's with the apartment complex, but now living in an unhealthy condition and currently pregnant is no okay. I am paying current on my rent and unclear why this matter is being ignored, if there is a late payment, they are quick to come post notes on the door but requesting Maintenace is impossible.       As of June 30th of 2021 I placed a report on my room window being off the tracks and it almost hitting my son my new born son at the time when we actually slept in the room. They just took notes didn’t contact me at all to schedule a repair three months pass I report it again nothing done only notes. I went in personally this time and all ******* did was take notes ans didn’t report it. Now a year later nothing has been done I haven’t slept in the room at all since I don’t feel safe with my one year old because I’m scared it might fall on him or someone breaks in and take my son. I did report it nothing Hakeem but The one day they do get a repair man to head out in the apartments they didn’t call to schedule an appointment they just showed up as I was heading to work I don’t feel comfortable at all with someone being in my place without me being present specially knowing how unprofessional they are here that’sa big NO for me. After that my house got flooded with the water heater for two days I was without hot water they didn’t offer a hotel for me and so we suffered no hot water. And now that my house doesn’t vent well specially with the room window being messed up I couldn’t air my house well and it always smells humid in this apartment since day one now I’m getting mold EVERYWHERE I tried reporting they don’t care at all I’m getting so sick of this and now I can’t even open my room door because when I walk in there I start sneezing and my head hurts and I get tired I’m scared for my safety and my sons safety. I’ve never dealt with mold before . Please help us or a single mother with no financial help or anything I’m doing everything alone. I’ve had enough of this apartments I’m in a handicap one for sake. They are not willing to relocate me to a better one. My door the bottom is bent that animals come in. Please help me. We are sleeping in my living room because of them. The pictures I submitted that’s only part of the mold there’s more on the bottom Please help
