I paid this contractor $55,000 for major house renovations (flooring, interior painting, complete redo of kitchen, master bathroom, second bathroom). Because of existing plumbing issues in the master bathroom which he acknowledged/agreed to fix, yet never did, I filed an ** Registrar of Contractors Complaint. He never pulled any building permits from the ****************** Bldg ***** Per ROC's directive, ****************** inspectors uncovered multiple electrical code violations in both bathrooms and plumbing issues. As a ROC B-3 Residential ****************** and Repair Contractor he had failed to hire fully licensed subcontractors to do the electrical and plumbing work as his license states. Both bathrooms needed extensive repairs which were done (per ROC's directive) by a fully licensed electrician and plumber.

I am sorry that you are not happy with my work. However please remember that ROC investigation following your complain from early 2022 have found that the noises in your house that you are complaining about were not related to my work. I passed all town of Oro Valley inspections and I am surprised that you were trying to file the complain again this year. Let me remind you that ROC dismissed your complain and closed the case.
