Ms **** ***** and ****** ******* of Arizona Paint Partners LLC completed an external painting job at my home (**** * ******** **** ******* ** *****) on 25 March 2022 and received full payment of $4200. They are not licensed entity but still contracted for a job more than $1000 which was not allowed according to Arizona law. They lied to me that they were licensed to get the contract. They did very poor job and refused to correct the deficiencies. I then filed a case to Pima County Consolidated Court and I got judgement in my favor to receive $1083 compensation (Case #**************). I have attached the copy of the court, judgement for the Bureau to examine. I have not received the payment. They do not reply to my emails and phone calls. The two addresses they provided to register their business with Arizona Corporate Commission (ACC) are false. I hired Spectrum Legal Support Services (SLSS) to serve the defendants, but they failed to serve at those addresses and finally they caught them on the street to serve court documents (I have attached the relevant reports from SLSS in support of their use of false address for the business). So, they are now hiding. I tried with ACC but told me that they only provide registration for a business but do not control how they conduct their business and advised me to turn to BBB. These are highly corrupt people and deceiving their customers taking the easy and uncontrolled business registration process in Arizona. If they can avoid even a court judgement, they will be reckless. Essentially, they will take it as a license to continue their corrupt business and deceive their customers. In the circumstances, I would appeal to the Bureau to take any action that the Bureau has at its disposal. Document attached: 1. Court judgement, 2.
