      I have repeatedly tried to bring this to the attention of The Golf Villas. The pool on Mother’s Day was below water levels. My four foot, very young daughter was in the pool and could stand flat footed. The water was below her shoulders. The pool house alarm continued to go off for hours. The jacuzzi has been broken for three weeks, the TV’s at the pool are not in working condition, the mister system is broken and the fire pits at the pool and by the small golf course are not working and was confirmed not working by maintenance on Mother’s Day. I have continually had errors on my ledger and have brought this to the attention of the property management. I have had my lease breached several times by the excess convenience fees.i screen shot them and sent this to my lawyer. The complex assistant manager stated she locks the resident out from their payment portal to pay rent after the 7th of the month; via email. She kept mine locked for months. I requested several times via email to have the payment portal unlocked so I can make payments online as I worked out of town and can’t always drop off a check on the first of the month. I requested several times for the excess convenience fee be fixed prior to the Rent due date. She did not unlock my account. I do have emails stating for months that I had asked for access to my payment portal. I have accumulated over $500.0 in late fees due the assistant manager locking my payment portal for months. This is a breach in the fair housing act as I have been informed by my lawyer. I was not given the same opportunity as my neighbors to pay rent. I also then was penalized. I am requesting a mutual termination of my lease. I set up a maintenance appointment and they didn’t show up for the time frame scheduled. I have emails that also concur with this.
