If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went to Pinnacle Peak with family, was told ***** minute wait. Checked back in after 55 minutes. Was told ***** more minutes, clearing tables. Went back up 25 minutes later. Was told people are just not leaving, they are done but not leaving. As I was talking to the hostess another lady handed her the your seat is ready buzzer. The hostess scratched off her name under mine. I said hey, why is her party seating before me? Then another man came up and looked at the paper and said, me too. I'm infront of her too. She said I need to find the manager. I said yes, please do. So the manager showed. She said no one was seated before us. We said yes she was and pointed at the paper and the group of people headed to the tables. She continued being argumentative and rude, then finally blamed it on her hostess. This manager was the one giving everyone the wrong wait times. Lying to all of us. The wait room was filled with unhappy people. I finally went to walk off, to leave, and she made a rude remark. I went back to the counter and said, what did you say. Shame on you. This is your fault and you go and be disrespectful and unprofessional to me, a customer that you just lied to. I told her she should not be in a customer service job and left. I have been eating at PP for over 50 years, I will never go back. I will tell everyone I know and ask them I tell everyone they no and so on about this awful experience. ***** on whomever put that person into a manager role. There has got to be a better choice. She is an uncaring, dishonest, argumentative person and has lost the business of possibly hundreds of people. My family was not the only ones who walked out by the way.
