    I ordered flowers to be delivered to my 81 year mother who lives in ****** for her birthday. The order was expensive and included a $14 delivery fee. I specified the address and date (July 8) for delivery. When I spoke with my mother late in the evening of July 8 she informed me that the flower had never been delivered but that she had received a text with a picture of a floral bouquet. She thanked me for the gesture and said she hoped that the people who got the flowers enjoyed them. My mother lives in a single family home on a two acre lot in the *************** neighborhood that is not in a gated community.When I called the flower shop the next morning, the employee I spoke to was rude and dismissive and again referred to the picture of the flowers, implying my mother was lying. I think it is a sleazy business practice to charge nearly $14 for delivery and send a picture that does not show any part of the house where the purported delivery was made to suggest that the delivery was in fact made. They should have apologized to my mother and me but were defiant and rude. I wish I had read the reviews on this website before patronizing this business.I will never purchase from this store again. If they want to send a picture of the flowers to "prove" delivery they should send a full picture of the actual front door. I'll share my experience on social media so other purchasers don't get ripped off or treated like c*** after spending a substantial amount of money.
