After the workers completed the two long weeks of work, I contacted the owner and sent pictures of work that was not completed as well as work that was not approved to be safe by building specification codes. Owner said they would fix it and they completely ignored me for months. After months of not getting a hold of the owner or her husband I contacted her for some work, as I get her contact information I then ask if they can complete the work on my roof? Owner said yes but ignored me.finally 11 months pass and I threatened to take legal action against them. They continue to leave bad work.Very poor workmanship as well as the customer service. It took the owner and the owner’s unlicensed husband 11 months to return and complete work that was not completed. They need to correct more than 30 feet of poor work per builders specifications. The roof has a leak when it rains. The roofer contracted a painter that they knew of where the Painter did not do a good job. Arizona roofing company has used this particular painter in the past and has said that they do not trust the painter or that he cannot complete the job neatly and proper. I have reached out via phone calls/ text and messages. I fired the painter due to him having his pants completely lowered showing his behind. Painter was also under the influence. I told the painter to leave my property. The owner of Arizona roofing company contacted me through text stating they did all they could and firing their painter was the last straw. This company doesn’t pay their employees as one of their employees said it himself on a visit to my property. This company employs illegal immigrants to avoid paying the taxes and insurance that’s needed for employees. They clearly stole all the money we had for our roof repair from my family. I’m not the only customer that they had to return to, due to incomplete work. The list is long and many of them are in Sahuarita, Catalina hills and oro valley.
