  Tony's Roofing was unable to repair existing leak after completing a $26,739 new roof around 11/5/2020 and after subsequent 7 attempted warranty repairs in response to leaking during every rain. Secondary water damage during each rain caused serious damage to pine ceiling. Upon the 8th repair call around 8/4/2022 Tony's roofing had lost all credibility and his ability to remedy his previous 8 poor workmanship results was ultimately unconvincing considering past lack of performance. Considering the serious ongoing secondary damage to wood ceiling and need to remedy leak quickly now, Bob's Custom roof was called. The leak was identified during a quick inspection and successfully repaired for $2,921 as evidenced by no leaks during subsequent rains. January 2023 won small claims judgement CV22-027471-SC for the maximum $3,554 but as of March 12, 2023 Tony has evaded constable's who have been unable to collect. Tony is a very incompetent roofer who does not even honor his legal obligations to pay for work he was unable to complete.

  I was not given the opportunity to repair Stans roof, Stan Czerniel would not let me inspect roof to do repair. Stan blocked all communications threw phone and email. He had become very aggressive and I didn’t not feel safe being on property. Then I received small claims court notice. I have since paid the constable the amount due. I believe I have done everything possible to amend the situation.

  Tony's roof was unable to repair original leak after a new $36,000 roof and seven failed attempts over a year after each rain.  I contacted Bob's roof who quickly identified the leak and quickly repaired it.  Tony came out and wanted another attempt to repair the same leak but after seven failed attempts and assuming a 90% probability of success after SEVEN FAILED ATTEMPTS, there was a ONE IN ONE TEN MILLION CHANCE OF SUCCESS, SO I SENT HIM AWAY.  Following that leak another leak occurred and I did not allow Tony to attempt another repair on that one either!!!  The small claims court suit was for $2,900 but judgement for me was max allowed $3,500 because judge saw video and phone logs and Bob's roof $12,000 estimate that provide proof Tony was unable to perform the roof work, one in 10 MILLION chance of failure after seven times, yet he failed!!!!

   

  This compliant is not made because Tony refused to come out and perform work, it is submitted because HE DID COME OUT SEVEN TIMES and WAS NOT ABLE TO FIX THE ORIGINAL LEAK!!!! This is causing secondary water damage to wood ceiling on my historic Josler house and is causing me to spend another $12,000 to fix remaining poor workmanship on Tony' $36,000 new roof.

   

  It is TOTALLY UNREASONABLE TO EXPECT SOMEONE to have Tony come out SEVEN TIMES over a year after each rain to repair the original leak,, Do you understand?

  I Antonio Sanchez owner and representative of Tony's Roofing LLC, I have tired to accommodate Stan in every step of this process. As far as the Judgement it has been paid. Stan stated on 3/13/2023 that he wanted to be refunded and he has been. At this point I do not know what his end goal is, since he has stopped all forms of communication with me. The only way I am informed of an issue is through a 3rd party. The Register of Contractors has closed 2 of the cases that Stan has filed. Stan has recently filed a 3rd complaint in which we have an inspection on 4/11/2023, the only reason the 3rd complaint has not been closed is due to Stan threatening the ROC with his Lawyer. The other two cases were closed due to Stan hiring another contractor to do repairs before inspection. If Stan would communicate with me, I believe we could come up with a resolution.
