      On October 15, 2021 I paid ****** RV $74,000 for a 2006 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. They told me when I purchased it all of the items that we had agreed upon were completed. A few other popped up that turned out not to be rectified in the weeks following, and they addressed those at that point. When I called to let Mr. ****** know I had discovered one of the faucets still leaks on city water, we hadn't heard from them about the new light his technician had ordered for the front room as it wasn't working, and mostly importantly, I had discovered that the door had a massive water leak that appeared to be coming from the seam in the roof he had stated was sealed, he told me "I sold you a used RV, I didn't give you a wedding ring" and that "I have don't feel well and I have no money." I insisted that he had agreed to these items previously before I purchased the RV. He told me the best he could do was give me the phone number to repair shops and that he wouldn't be helping in any way with the bill. These were items that had clearly been a problem while the RV was on their lot, were not disclosed, came up as issues on the inspection, he agreed to address them, and when they were not properly addressed and I discovered that, gave me excuses and sexist lines. I am living full time in this RV and I do not want to end up with long term health issues due to mold exposure caused by his poor business practices. This needs to be addressed properly and promptly. I've tried calling repair shops, but I can't even get on anyone's books for over a month. This was not what I agreed to when I purchased this RV and I feel that Mr. ****** attempted to deceive me regarding whether this RV had prior leaks. They told me this RV never had roof leaks, yet here it is leaking from the roof in a spot where they had removed the awning, treated for mold, and resealed only a few months ago? Seems more likely they were attempting to fix the leak they knew about and failed, but passed the buck to me.

We understand that issues regarding the faucet, the light, and the door arose/persisted, and we are sympathetic to the difficult position that has put you in. I apologize for the inconvenience, and for any offense I may have caused. I was ill at the time, which certainly compromised my composure. As we have recently discussed over the phone, I would like to make things right by arranging for the repairs of the faucet, the light, and the door at no cost to you.
