This Dealership misrepresented a used ** that I was interested in buying. They also misrepresented and went back on promises and guarantees after I found out about all the issues with the *** They will tell you that they will fix anything that is non-working or broken on the ** before you take possession but they really mean is that if they find anything broken that is too costly they will NOT fix it they will just try and renegotiate the deal and give you as little off as possible. They put me through a lot of wasted time and effort and money to get nothing in the end. They affected my credit, cost me the ability to get an ** loan for the foreseeable future, gas money driving over 400 miles to pick up an ** that was not in the condition they stated, and my husbands time off work. They are awful. Their service staff told us how awful they are and how they take advantage of them and customers all the time. They warned us away from buying from them. I have never had a salesman straight out lie to me so many times. Then I had to hound them over many weeks to get my fully Refundable deposit money back from them even going so far as threatening to involve the police if they did not give me my deposit money back. I would give zero stars if I could. I do NOT recommend Pedata RV Center or Pedata Resales, Inc.

We are very sorry you had a bad experience. As I expressed several days ago when I called you. Due to Covid, more then half our service department was out sick. Also we had to let our service Manager go. We have been short handed for several months due to current employment conditions. Our current employees are doing the best they can. Again we are very sorry you had a bad experience. That is not the normal service we have provide the last 30 years.

I appreciate your apology but honestly the guys working in the service department were honest. You keep blaming them, but when we went back to discuss the issues with your Manager/Owner (the guy who sits in the other trailer) he refused to do anything about the repairs other than give us a little money off the ** (not enough to cover the repairs or replacement of this issues).We told our salesman, *****************, that they just need to fix everything as they stated they would, repeatedly, and we would still buy the ** and they would not agree to that. This is on the sales staff and the boss who wouldnt agree to do what was promised.
