    On 11/21/2024, I paid Merrigans Arizona Roadrunner $751.10 to reseal the edges of my camper roof and around the appliances, antennae, vents and skylight. After getting the camper back, and being able to review the damage as they had me pick it up at the end of the day when the sun was down, I saw that their work was attrocious. They not only did a very poor job in resealing, they had sliced a 4 inch cut into my roof (likely while removing the old caulk), and they did not mention anything about this to me. What is the point of resealing a roof if you have an open cut right on top? Why would they not notify me of this damage? The resealing they did was incosistent, pieces of carpet and plastic were stuck in the sealant, there are gaps that the new caulk doesn't cover, and it's bunched up where water pools now on my roof. If debri is mixed in new caulk, it doesn't seal properly. It has to be laid on cleanly for a full seal. On top of this, Merrigans charged me $150 for a service I did not ask for - testing my slide out power. I only brought it in to have the roof basically maintained. They did cut me a check for this which I have not cashed, as I want a full refund for the whole job they did terribly and stood by. They denied that the quality was poor. I submitted many photos to them to show the gaps, punctures, debri, and cut. They had offered, after submitting multiple rounds of photos and vocalizing the issues, to have us drive the camper back to them (100 miles away) where they would patch the damage and redo the resealing, but I would still be charged in full. Why should I pay in full to repair damage they had made, and why would I trust a company like this to do the work well after what they did and stood by the first time. I am hoping for a refund as this business completey ripped me off, stood by the worst quality of work I've ever experienced, and aren't willing do to the bare minimum in resolving the issue.

    Montana was very uncooperative.With the issues that I had. I had a water heater installed in my rv. She doubled the price of the heater. It was not working proper after i stallation. She said it was between me and Dometic. She would not provide documentation on the heater after telling me she would twice. Finally, the tech came out and fixed the issue. First it 55 for the home visit she add 75 in ink when the tech came out. The tech is very customer oriented and rv knowledgeable. Montana has no customer skills. Avoid her. Caveat Emptor. Oh I am banded from RR.

    The original retail price of the water heater was $835.00 which the customer approved. That price was lowered to $751.87 by Montana. The water heater did not work properly because the customer made repairs on his own, which then cancelled any warranty. Our company was in contact with Dometic, they denied any warranty. When informing the customer about *******'s decision, we stated if he wanted to fight this he would have to contact ******* directly. When trying to give the information the customer requested, he refused. The $55.00 was for the service call fee, the technician added $70.00 for his labor. He also threatened to call the police while having a civil conversation with ******* and another member of the team.
