      Bought a ford explorer limited used October 23. Paid for the warranty for one year and 24000 miles which ever came first. We had issues with the vehicle not starting properly so we took it to the dealer. April 24 not even 6 months we’ve had this vehicle. Now we knew dropping off the vehicle we would have an extensive waiting period due to dealership delays with warranty companies. The dealership stayed in contact with us told us we had a motor with intrusion in the motor. Which meant cooling in the motor. A lot of reasons why that could happen. But the warranty company draws the conclusion that after 4 weeks of making us wait to see what is going on with the vehicle and getting repaired that there going to deny our warranty claim. Due to the fact that it overheated and that’s in the contract that was apparently signed by us. Now here is the problem with that it never once overheated on us when we had driven the vehicle and we explained that to the company. They said that they couldn’t overturn there decision because the vehicle had overheated even though in almost 6 months of driving the vehicle no heating and cooling issues on our end. I explained to the company that we have no idea what happened before the vehicle was purchased and it could have easily done that then and hinted the reason why they sold vehicle then. There rep told me that was the risk of buying used vehicles I responded that is why we purchased the warranty to make sure we would be good. Guess we were wrong because now we’re out a vehicle we can’t drive because they are too concerned with screwing there customers who have no way to fix the motor and pay for what the dealership has already done to check out the vehicle and everything else that the warranty company had them do to make sure they were satisfied with there findings

We are not affiliated with any vehicle warranty services or insurance companies. It seems you may have intended to direct your complaint to a different organization.
      We recommend contacting the warranty company directly or revisiting the dealership where you purchased your vehicle to seek further assistance. They would be in a better position to address and resolve your concerns.

      Have reviewed the company statement and yes they are correct superior protection plan is the company not superior protection services if I need to rerite a statement on the correct company please let me know that way I may do so

      I have car that is under this companies warranty. They won't pay for any damages on my car. That is covered under my contract. I only had the car since March of 2022. And I already have had engine issues they covered the that, They gave me a used engine now 4 weeks later the engine goes again and they won't pay for it.
