Yes I purchased on Silverado 2016 from Good Guys Auto Sale and they put protection plan on this vehicle that through Superior and whoever is looking at these reviews please do look at your contract and do not let them put a superior protection plan on your vehicle because it really ***** I have been my vehicle I have been in a shop for nearly two weeks now and they telling me that I can't get a transmission to the shop within eight more days so please read this review because it's not a good one and they will not put the company transmission whatever that you want in your vehicle unless you pay half of it but they'll put a used transmission in your vehicle that they will pay for and after that I do not know what comes after that and then if you go to your party where you can rent a vehicle that you got to come out of your pocket with the money and you also can't keep the vehicle no longer than 4 days what kind of protection plan is that please read this and be aware of this this offer thing that is going on with Superior Auto protection plan

This company is the worst for a warranty. They will find anyway to not cover the problem, in this case the transmission. They also will not return any calls and will only speak with the dealership who sold the car or the repair shop. They told me I have absolutely no rights to know who inspected my car or who the adjuster was. If I could give a 0 star I would.

This is a terrible protection plan that they provide. I purchased a car on July 22 , 2014 and was forced to get this cracker box protection plan. The ** went out in car on July 27, 2024. Of course when I called the car lot that I purchased the car from they stepped totally away and referred me to this piece of protection plan. My car has been the shop since August 5th and the Superior Protection does not want to cover the cost. They have come up with every excuse possible of why it is my responsibility. I was informed on yesterday that based on the diagnosis I would be responsible for the $100 deductible in addition to 1/2 cost of repairs if they determine that they will pay. This plan does not give options to purchase a plan that has other options. Whatever you do read the reviews before allowing dealerships to force you with this piece a c*** plan. I hope you get enough of reviews that will let people know not to be forced into this mess.

This Service Contractor has obviously signed on with more customers than it can manage. I'm still waiting after 5 DAYS (excluding weekend) just for them to approve repair of my vehicle. Because of their using 3rd party to do actual inspection, every entity claims ***** hrs to do their part. One rep complained to me of how they have 1000 + customers waiting to get approval. That's NOT MY PROBLEM!!! THIS SOUNDS LIKE AN ISSUE WITH SKELETAL CREW! Hire More Claims Adjusters to handle the load of customers instead of customers without transportation for days on end. You have to put up your own money to rent a car and they want to reimburse you. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! STEER AWAY!READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU SIGN THE DOTTED LINE.

Superior Protection Services sells bogus warranties. Cliff note:June 2023:Bought a used hero with ******* miles from ***************** DREAM AUTO SALES ***************, ********. I paid an extra $2,500 for a 3 year warranty per engine repairs. One year later, the engine needs replacing. I contact Superior for a copy of my warranty. Oh, you dont need it. Just have the mechanic call us. It took three weeks to get a copy of the warranty of which I paid $2,500.The mechanic contacts Superior and explains the damage. Superior requires them to remove the engine (a cost of $1,500 ). Superior claims an inspector will be there in 48 hours. A week later, one shows up. Superior guaranteed a response with 24 hours.nearly two weeks later, the claim was denied. The mechanic tried reasoning with themaccording to the warranty contract, this repair is covered. I tried calling customer service. The representative warned that if I was seeking legal recourse, she would have to hang upof which she did. I never mentioned anything about during them. But her response speaks volumes about this disgusting company-theyve been sued a few times. Im going after ***************** and Dream Auto in ***************, ********. They lied to my face and sold me this bogus warranty. What is wrong with these people???

We bought a car in August and within a couple months, a recurring seal would leak, causing all the oil to leak out. We had the dealer fix it, since we have the warranty with Superior Protection Services. We drove home, the seal popped out again. A tech came to our house. Fixed it again. We drove to the store a 5 miles away and on the way home, the car stopped, all the lights came on,......the engine had siezed. The dealer said, no problem, the tech did note some "blow back" in the engine, so that should be covered. Superior has a clause, ******* no pay. Period. Even if that is the whole problem. This company was rude to talk to, and made it a point to let me know that elderly and disabled people just have to "lump"it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY> CROOKS

This warranty company tries to find ways to not pay for the services that are covered under their warranty. I purchased a vehicle from ******************************** in **********, ********. After a few weeks, the vehicle gave me problems. The dealer claimed they were not responsible for repairs and I have to use my warranty, "That's why they offer the warranty." Took the vehicle to a repair shop and was told that I brought a vehicle with a bad engine. The auto shop sent the diagnosis and recommendation to replace the engine. The warranty company stated to me that it sound like the Camshaft is what caused the engine to go bad and that is not covered under my warranty. They requested that they break the engine down further. The auto shop stated it was not necessary because they sent a diagnosis that showed the engine was bad along with photos. The warranty company refused to review the claim. I called the dealer and informed them that the warranty company is trying to find a way not to pay for the replacement of the engine. The dealer told me that this warranty company had denied many of their claims and that they were going to discontinue using them. It is unfair that the warranty company finds ways not to pay their claims. Now I am stuck with a bad vehicle, and expecting to make monthly payments to the bank and keep the vehicle insured and responsible for replacing an engine that is covered under my warranty. How can they be able to continue doing this?
