I ordered "CCM Legal Thigh Protector - Pair × 1" for $32.99 on November 30, 2021 from the good gear hockey online store. With tax and shipping the total came to $40.98. I received an order confirmation by email for that amount paid with an order confirmation number of *****. When I made the transaction I used Amazon Pay. This is the only email I received from good gear hockey after the transaction was made. In the confirmation email, it was said to download the Shop app to track my order. I tried and couldn't get the order information to read in the Shop app. On 12/3 I emailed good gear hockey to ask about tracking since I couldn't get the order info to compute in the Shop app, asking whether my order has shipped. No reply. Later on the same day, 12/3, my husband was able to trade out some other pads we had to fulfill the need we had for the thigh protectors. I emailed again to good gear hockey to ask if I could cancel my order if it hadn't shipped yet because it was no longer needed. No reply. On 12/9 I emailed again asking where the order was. No reply. I was beginning to wonder if I've been had. I looked up the good gear hockey website again and on the bottom it said it operates out of Tucson Indoor Sports, 1065 W Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705. I contacted them by email on 12/13 looking for help. No reply. After that I tried calling the number provided to Tucson Indoor Sports several times only to get an answering machine. I finally left a message during that week sometime. Then on Friday 12/17, I received a phone call from a man named Brian who said he knows the person who runs good gear hockey and he'd find out where the order is. I told him that I would like a refund of my money because the pads I ordered were no longer needed. He said it was his cell phone and that I should call back if I don't hear from him by Sunday. I never heard back. I tried calling him and texting Tue 12/21 and left a message. This is the last communication I had. His cell is 52**********
