I have never written a negative review in my life, and I dont exactly know why but I am trying to be kind and as fair as possible in this review, but at the same time I felt compelled to warn others. I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring Presidential Pools. We signed a contract on 2/22/21 and as of today 7/12/22 we still do not have a completed pool. Several neighbors have built pools in our neighborhood and one completed a new house build during this exact time frame. This has been the most frustrating and disheartening experience. Many of our neighbors used Presidential Pools in the past and they came highly recommended. Back in 2020 when we began searching pool contractors they had very good reviews and an A+ BBB rating, which as of date they still have and it completely befuddles me. I understand that there are always disgruntled customers so I am typically open minded when reading one or two negative reviews about a company but I would encourage others to seriously considered every negative review written because we have experienced ALL of the same issues, with the exception of rudeness. Everyone we have dealt with has been respectful and understanding of our frustration but NO ONE seems to be able to get anything done. We have had design issues, broken water lines, damaged electrical wires, garbage strewn about the yard, damaged landscape, failed inspections, dismissed project manager, material and labor shortage excuses, poor communication, etc. Excavation on our pool began in November 2021 and we were forced to live with our yard completely torn apart on both ends up until June of 2022, when they finally filled in the ditches. We are now waiting on Pebble Tec Finish for which we asked the project manager about yesterday and were informed today, after a second inquiry, that they dont have a definitive date yet, which has been an ongoing issue throughout this entire process. Again, save yourself the aggravation and seek another pool contractor.

If I could give a zero I would. Project Manager **** was one of the most disrespectful jerks I have ever met. He insulted my wife which ended up with an apology call from the owner. Who knows if it actually was. Pool took 23 weeks to complete from dig date. Every sub contractor damaged our house or property in some way. So many issues I cant list them all here. Luckily the ** was so incompetent he wouldnt even come to our home to collect payments. By the time payment three was due they were freaking out. They couldnt even endorse the check properly when cashing it and then tried to blame us for their continued incompetence. This allowed us to withhold completing any payments until the pool was moved along and our fix it list was completed. In the end the pool look ok. The pebble coating is very streaky and come to find out from pebble tech Presidential uses Pima which is not an authorized installer. Do you will have bo warranty through pebble tech on the coating. Stay FAR away from this c*** show of a company.

Horrible company. So many things done badly, and the company does NOT care at all. Their so called promise to customers is a joke. Would take three pages to tell all.
