              I called Embassy Tire on Wednesday to see if they had a tire cause i was leaving out of to New Orleans. They sold me a tire that’s dry rot, has a big cut in it. And a rusty nail for $85.00. I never used the tire it was only put on and the next day i went back up there to tell them what my husband told me about the tire. They refused to give my money back. After that why would i buy any tires from them. I told them i lived very far. When i called to tell them about the tire. The guy told me to come in for my refund. When i got there he said he had to talk to the manager. So wasted gas to drive all the way over for nothing. Also from cancelled trip.

              Took my truck to Embassy to have tires and rims I picked up put on. Dropped my vehicle off at 9am, they said it would be a few hours 6 HOURS later I got my truck back. Noticed at the shop when I went to pick it up that there were missing lug nuts on multiple rims as well as mismatched lug nuts on multiple rims. To top it off, one of my gloss black new rims were aggressively gouged by the installer as well as one of my brand new tires was mysteriously sliced on the inner side wall. They have still yet to 100% resolve the situation. The communication with this shop is beyond terrible. Nobody calls back to let us know whats going on and how this situation is going to be resolved after they repeatedly tell us they will call us back. We have to keep calling them to see whats going on and still yet to have a clear understanding on how they are going to resolve this. This shop seems to have very poor management as well as very inexperienced techs working on vehicles. I would not recommend this shop to anyone!
