I called Embassy Tire on Wednesday to see if they had a tire cause i was leaving out of to New Orleans. They sold me a tire that’s dry rot, has a big cut in it. And a rusty nail for $85.00. I never used the tire it was only put on and the next day i went back up there to tell them what my husband told me about the tire. They refused to give my money back. After that why would i buy any tires from them. I told them i lived very far. When i called to tell them about the tire. The guy told me to come in for my refund. When i got there he said he had to talk to the manager. So wasted gas to drive all the way over for nothing. Also from cancelled trip.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was 6/22/2023 The amount was 257.40 The business committed to provide me a secure leveling kit on my truck with professional work which was not the case. The nature of the dispute is we had a horrible accident 2 weeks later in which the tire of my truck fell to the side because one of their workers left a screw loose when put all together. I had to pay 2000 dollars to fix everything again with my mechanic at Flores automotive which he saw it was all in there fault for not doing a professional job which is not fair at all. They refuse to pay back anything. They don’t answer there phones and the boss says he’s going to call but never did. I have went 3 times back and they say there going to call but never do. The boss doesn’t give out his number either which is kind of strange too. We want at least something of what we had to pay for all the damages.Initial Complaint

I had my 2010 F-150 truck lifted 6” by This body shop. On Jan 14th 2022 was the service day on Jan 17th 2022 I was back at the shop talk to ****** and told them the work was not done correctly. I left my truck with them over night picked it back up on Jan 18th 2022 and spoke with ****** again and apparently they had put the back tire shocks backwards. The truck continued having problems i again took my truck in on March 24th 2022 I spoke with ****** again and picked it back up April 2nd 2022 at this time they replace the strap mounts they said they think this was the problem but they wear not sure. On April 2nd 2022 after picking it up I sent a video to 520-440-2314 and let them know the truck was still not fixed right and replacing the strap mounts did not fix the problem. Around April 20th 2022 I started having communication with ****** who claims he is the owner of the shop. I left it for the 4th time with ****** checked it and said he found nothing wrong. I continued having communication with ****** and drop of my truck with him a 5th time at this time he replaced 1 control arm and he said they did not have time to replace the other. I continued calling ****** and he said they wear going to order different control arms or drop the truck dow 2” because they could not figure out what they did wrong. I continued calling ****** but have not had any return calls since the beginning of May 2022.Initial Complaint

I brought my car to them back in December to change my thermostat. Picked it up and the car still ran hot. I called and called and got nowhere. I brought my cat to another shop that charged me 900.00 picked my cat up and again it over heated . I went back to Dave’s auto where they told me I needed a thermostat that I thought Embassay did. I brought my car back to them ***** informed they had to do a warranty exchange ok cool he then offered me tires and brakes, I told him I didn’t want tires and brakes untill the cat was fixed. He called me hours later said it was fixed and runs great ok I’ll finance the tires and brakes. He called me said it’s ready. I picked up the car and it wouldn’t accelerate. I got home and called him back and he was gone for the day. I called the next day and the next. 3 weeks later I finally spoke to Marco, he even came to my house where he told me he’d have to get a tow truck to pick up the cat it’s now been a month! My car is in the same spot it was since it left that shop! I’m spending more money to have people look at their mistake! One guy told me they probably blew my head gasket! My car is destroyed now because of them! My car gets me to work, my daughter to school. I am unable to perform my life duties because I brought my car to them!
