As business manager for ******* ****, Inc, I was charged by the owner to receive a payoff on the current loan on the property located at **** * ****** **. Payoff was secured from LoanCare in December of 2022. Loan was subsequently transferred to Fidelity National Title. Payoffs that agreed with the LoanCare payoff were secured in January & February. Business decisions were made and a fee of $2,550.00 was paid for an appraiser. On February 23, 2023 I was noticed that the payoff was inaccurate and would not be honored due to title issues. The title issues were of FNF’s and LoanCare’s negligence. The payoffs prior to 2-23-2023 were warranted and represents as accurate. I have attempted to reach Wendy Terena in loan servicing at FNF via email for the last seven days and have received no reply. I want FNF to honor the payoff they generated. I have tried contacting our escrow agent on several occasions to get our property deed and information sorted out so we can pay our property taxes to the city. We were turned away on site and I’ve left voicemails for her to contact us. It’s been a year since we bought the property and we have yet to receive our deed to the property. I feel as if she is dodging our calls and not being responsible by returning my calls. I have also emailed national Fidelty with my complaint.
