Literally just watch employees AB towing . break into a car to tow it thats illegal I have it on film.

i would give zero stars if i could. These people are crooked as h*** They "troll" apartment complexes on the weekend and illegally towed my grandsons vehicle on Saturday night. He was parked in a spot that had the handicap emblem painted on the pavement but there was not an actual ADA **** on a post in front of the spot. The emblem alone is not regulated and therefore the spot was not officially "handicap". All other parking spaces in the complex had the actual ****. He thought the car had been stolen and when police were called he was informed that A&B had taken the car. They were closed on Sunday and the car was held hostage until Monday morning. Monday morning at 9 a.m. we went to retrieve the car and were told the total due was $280. We refused to pay stating the car was taken illegally and explained to them the rule about the **** requirement and that it was missing from this particular spot so it was not illegal for him to park there. using a very rude, arrogant and condescending tone the ***************** said we would have to take it up with the apartment manager and would still not release the car without payment. We called the apartment complex manager and relayed what was happening. We were told they did not call or authorize the tow and about 30 minutes later they called and told A&B towing this and the eventually released the car to my grandson without any fees. If they are going to be in this kind of business they need to educate themselves about what the laws really are with regard to handicap parking spots. I think they knew but didn't care because most people don't know what ****age is really required and what is not to be legal to enforce someone who is breaking the law. I was unsure until i went online and did the research. These people are the worst. Preying on unsuspecting people during the night and on weekends when they know the car will be held hostage for 2+ days racking up even more charges for storage fees. Stay away from A &B towing.

My car was damaged during tow, and they refuse to take responsibility for it. Call the cops whenever you have to deal with this company and get a report. They are bad news.

I think there should be laws in place to protect people against these scams that apartment and towing have.Apartment complexs should be required to notify residents through email, text, or phone first before they tow your car from a space you pay for. I'm disabled and don't drive every day. My car might sit a week or 2 before I go anywhere. Seriously &220/ towing plus $20/day could really be detrimental if you don't have the money.Funny they go crazy around tax time. SCAM SCAM SCAM

My sons car was unjustly towed and damaged by A&B Towing company from in front of his apartment. They damaged two of my son's tires and he is out over $800 for the towing costs and the cost to fix his car tires. The towing company was not nice at all and would not help him because he signed a release so they could release his car to him. However, the damage to the tires was not noticeable until he actually drove it on the street. He called the company right back and told them his tires were damaged, but they wouldn't do anything. This company is taking advantage of college students and their apartment complex's.This is a terrible company... and apparently, A&B Towing does not care about the cars they tow or so many would not be damaged per their own website's reviews. You would think a towing company would know how to tow a car properly?!They don't even deserve a 1 star rating, but there is now option for ZERO stars.

1:30 a.m my daughter was held hostage by the driver of this company to pay ****** in cash to drop her car from her college apartment complex. Driver would not show ID. Or show her where it says to pay the money. The complex did not call her car to be towed. This company seeks out college students. BBB should assist in getting this closed down.

Worst place ever. They shouldnt even be in business. Guy basically threatened my husband when we asked to get our vehicle back.

They illegally towed my car . And charged me a fee for Sunday when the office was closed. And then lied about the lien law. And would not accept a future payment as to the law but wants to send my "debt" to collections.
