on 02\29\2024 i had placed a reservation to Discount Cab for a ride to work. website address: *******************************************. upon setting ride, the ride i had called finally showed up, I called within 10 min of setting the ride and cancelled. I was thanked and went about my day. I noticed at the end of the night that my bank had been charged $70 for the whole ride, that I have NOT received. I called the next morning to dispute the charge. the guy who answered the phone gave me a run around. and to call a different number. I called the number and left several messages. later that afternoon I finally reached the same guy on the alternative number. He proceeded to laugh at me as he explained that he charges every one regardless of getting a ride or not. and he would NOT refund my money. He told me that its stated in the fine print when i made the reservation. I went back to check if this was my mistake, and found no such statement on the page.
