            In May of 2020 I contacted Clyde & Sons about urgent tree trimming and removal at a family home. It has been under renovation and was not occupied at the time; however they were given contact information for 2 contractor supervisors working there. They met with our landscaper, who had recommended them, toured the property, and gave me a proposal. Since the house was vacant they asked for prepayment. I sent a check for $1200 which was cashed on June 7. On June 28 I learned that the work was not done. They apologized and promised to do it immediately. It has still not been done. Efforts to contact them have not been answered.
