      I purchased a vehicle on 02/20/23 next day check engine light came on. I requested a refund and the owner stated he would take care of it that never happened. Instead he would just reset the code and return the vehicle to myself and the vehicle continued to get worse every time. I pleaded with him to fix the problem that it was dangerous and could cause an accident and place myself and minor child in harms way he continued to tell me nothing was wrong for me to continue to drive the car as he replaced everything causing the check engine light to come on. They would come pick up my van every other couple of days as this continued and I continued to ask that my money be returned or I be put into a different car as I did not want to continue to use the bus or, Lyfts as this was the reason I purchased a car because I could not walk to much and my husband has a heart condition that we need to make sure we can get him o and from appointments. This has been a nightmare. The van left my son and self stranded as I pleaded over and over that this is what I didn't want to happen almost causing an accident and when I contacted Jr Armando Basurto he stated he again had another death in the family which occurred every time an issue came up with the van which I felt was done intentionally to avoid fixing or addressing the issue. He then told me I blew out my motor because I didn't put oil which was a load of bologna because they had just claimed to change the oil radiator and thermostat which when they claimed to have done that the car still came back overheating. I never saw my 2011 Town and Country van again nor was I allowed to go get my belongings they returned only some of my stuff and my wallet was returned without the money that was in it and other belongings what I did receive was brought to me by the intoxicated mechanic he would send to pretend he was fixing my van. The owner then turned around gave me a loaner with a dash completely busted open and chain hanging from side door when I asked why the dash was split apart he stated sun damage. I was livid and embarrassed the lining to the roof was held up by thumb tact's. He then stated they would get me another van which was a 2014 white dodge that is not up for sale on the lot. If not that I could pay $35,0000 to have my old van fixed with no guarantees it would work and they cover half the price. I did not agree to that. I had a car fax done on what I thought was the loaner and it had been in two accidents. I phoned the dealership directly and a man named Howard answered said he was the new owner and they were changing their name in two weeks. He also stated he looked into what happened and would take care of it after that he wouldn't take my calls anymore. I again requested my money and that is the only thing JR Armando Basurto answered the same day and declined and the car that was suppose to be the loaner I ended up being the owner. In which the van did the same thing check engine and broke down and again another death in the family to avoid fixing the issues. This is not ok these people need to be stopped before they succeed in harming or killing innocent people.
