      I made an order under 250603 a Samsung dryer heating element which I paid an additional shipping charges of $19.95 for a rush delivery. Since I can’t wait long for a free delivery. They only sent me a confirmation and created a tracking number but it was never pick up by a carrier for 2 days already. I was thinking that by paying the highest price on their shipping will let me receive my stuffs fast since I really need the parts for my dryer. I hope they will refund my expedited shipping.

      Within days of purchasing and installing this product, This was the second heating element assembly I have purchased from this company within the last few years. The first one worked great. However, the second unit I had recently purchased and arrived mid to end of January 2024, was defective. The unit worked fine for the first two days and then the heating element stopped working. Approximately 6 loads of laundry. It was learned that the Dryer thermal fuse has failed. This was not due to consumer installation or lose wires as they would place blame. I initially reached out to see if the company could exchange the unit. They declined to help. I then requested if they could send just the Dryer thermal fuse. This part is a fraction of the cost of the entire unit that I had purchased. They refused to stand by the product again and wanted me to pay for more parts to the defective item they had sent. I could have purchased this unit or the parts for a fraction of the price elsewhere and had no issues with returns. However, due to the fact I purchased from here in the past, I figured I would give them return business. I have since paid for new parts. I would like a refund. I attempted to reason with them but they are sending out defective products with no way for consumers to defend. I paid for the rushed shipping due to having a family of 8 with clothing piling up and the part still took a week to get in. Then I had to wait another week waiting on this company to tell me they won’t cover their defective unit and placed blame on consumer after installation.

      On Nov 30th 2023 I purchased dryer parts from this company. I fixed the dryer in the amount of time the parts were delivered. I then received the items listed and tried to contact the company for a return. I have received no answer when I have reached out. It has been over a month now without any response. I would like to return the items listed as they are unopened and I would like a full refund due to the lack of response by this company.

      Ordered a part on 15 Oct 2023. It was claimed the part was delivered 18 Oct. The part was not delivered and have a non-delivery letter from the USPS. The scam is either credit card fraud or mail fraud because of they insured their own package for the X amount. Public needs to be aware the reason they have an F rating. The Govt needs to shut this site down as part of consumer protection and go after them.

      I purchased a replacement heating element for my LG clothes drier. Once installed it worked briefly but after a few weeks it quit working properly. I contacted the seller and was told that they would not warranty the part, even though it was purchased less than a month ago. At this point, I am out the $70 purchase price and a days labor installing the defective part. It's no wonder this company has an F rating.

      On December 20, 2022 I ordered a Samsung dryer heating element assembly. I also paid an additional $19.95 for 2-day express shipping. It's been a month and I still haven't received the item. The business doesn't provide a phone number. I sent an email request asking for a refund but they do not respond.

      On 6/6 I ordered a ********** Whirlpool Washer Lid Switch 3 Pin for $13.95 from epartsfast (Order #******* On 6/7 I received an update saying my order was shipped (USPS tracking #**********************) On 6/10 The USPS tracking update said my package was delivered to my mailbox, when I went to check there was nothing there. Sometimes USPS has a history of marking things delivered 2 or 3 days early, it's happened before so I thought to give it a couple days before following up. On 6/14 I filed a missing mail claim with USPS to find the.missing package (USPS Case Confirmation For Service Request ********) On 6/17 I received a phone call from the USPS explaining that the package in question had an incomplete address, only the "A" of my address was visible (I live in a duplex with and an A side and B side sharing the same numbered address) and the package was undeliverable. Unfortunately the did not.know where the package was, but their normal process is to return to the sender and I needed to follow.up with the sender. The USPS representative said she did not know why the package was marked "delivered". This same day I reached out to one of the help emails epartsfast listed "[email protected]" and explained the situation. On 6/23 I still had received no response from epartsfast so I looked up another contact email on their website "[email protected]" and also used their "contact us" form. They did respond to that email claiming the address they sent it to was my full address and it was delivered, totally ignoring my explanation that it wasn't as well as the claim I had already filed with USPS. I responded and repeated the problem. On 6/25 I followed up asking if they could replace or refund the lost part. They responded with a very short "your package has been delivered" message with a screenshot of the USPS tracking update. On 6/26 I explained the problem again, for the 3rd time and invited them to call me to resolve. They aren't responding.

      I ordered a heating element for an LG dryer for a customer repair. The heating element arrived on 6/10/22. The package and part were both damaged due to insecure packaging. We have attempted to resolve this issue however, epartsfast has ceased corresponding with use via email. They are requesting we return at our expense which is over $75. We don't find that request reasonable considering we can get no response to when or how replacement would be completed. Since the part is unusable due to damage why can they not simple send us a replacement without return. My customers repair is being delayed due to issues beyond my control.
