Order ******, false advertisement, company sent wrong part and avoided contact to resolve issue. This company DOES NOT CARE and has weak response to solve customer issues. Shady business practices bait and switch part looked like used or second not OEM as advertised!!!!!Review from Paul G

This company ePartsfast.*********************************************** OME original new parts in fact they ship you used probably not even refurbished broken parts You pay for expedite shipping and nothing's expedited You received parts that are broken or last maybe a week they do not answer your phone calls they do not answer your emails they simply take your money. Purchased an item from here, Paid $19.95 for expedited 1-3 business days delivery. That was exactly 1 week ago. Still haven't got my item. Tracking says it will be delivered in two more days.That's 6 business days. No refund, no responsibility taken. Never again will I ever purchase anything from here! I ordered a pump and belt kit ******** from eparts fast for my Maytag SAV515DEWW washing machine. The parts arrived as expected. The pump was correct but the belt was too long/incorrect. I had the whole motor pump assembly removed when I discovered eparts fast error. I found a new belt locally that fit so I could reassemble the machine. Eparts fast does not have customer service phone. Everything is email. I requested credit for the incorrect belt. Eparts fast emailed I could return the entire kit at my expense for credit which is not possible since I installed the pump. This was my first and last transaction with eparts fast.Review from Adam T

Dont buy from epartsfast.com Ordered a replacement heating unit for dryer, paid an extra $20 for 3-day shipping. Utilized their tracking on provided e-mail, slated for 2 weeks. Forced to make alternative plans based off this timeline. When brought this to their attention, they indicated could return, but I would need to pay return shipping. Not happy.Review from Meghann D

WOW, should have read the reviews. I could have purchased cheaper on Amazon with a guaranteed arrival date . Picked this company because they are supposed to be a veteran owned company with ******** morals. Paid an extra 30% for 3-5 day shipping eleven days later no product . they need to remove VETERAN OWNED from there site what an embarrassment to the rest of the veteransReview from Charrisse R

I ordered parts for my dryer, paid extra for expedited shipping, and after 6 days of NOTHING, I contacted the., multiple emails... 3 days later they replied that the shipment was lost and they're sending another. I asked for my expedited shipping cost to be refunded, and tracking number. 4 days later, NOTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY NEED SHUT DOWN.Review from Unhappy P

I should have read these reviews before ordering. Terrible customer service! I ordered parts for my dryer and paid extra for the expedited shipping, 3-5 business days. I received an email that my order shipped the day after I placed it, but when checking the tracking information, they didn't ship it for another 5 days! This was past the expedited service that I paid for. I emailed them 3 times with no response. There is no phone number listed on their website - now I know why. I wish I could leave negative stars! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
