1 starI had the ****** office install a retractable patio cover 2 years ago and continue to have issues with this company. They used raw steel and didnt prime it correctly. They did come out a year later and painted ********* that had rusted. Unfortunately they didnt do ALL of ********* and those are now peeling. I just wish they would have done it right the first time. I have called for the last five weeks and no one is returning my calls. I hope no one has to go through what I have gone through. I just want it ***********.Review fromBrooke S

We love our new pergola!! ******* was awesome and very responsive. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but worth it! *** and *** were amazing during the installation process and made sure we were getting exactly what we asked for. Highly recommend if you are considering getting a pergola!

We cant say enough positive about both our awnings and everyone we dealt with at Sonoran Retractables, from *****, to ********* to the two men who did the installation, ********* and Braizion. All were extremely helpful, professional, polite and capable! This is the second project weve had them do, on two different homes weve owned. We have been extremely happy with both installations and highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. It should be especially noted, not only did ********* and Braizion clean up immaculately from the installation, they left our whole back patio area cleaner than they found it much appreciated!! Our motorized Sonoran Retractable shade with remote has served us well for over 12 years, but the shade definitely needed to be replaced. The Lead **************** arrived on time, carefully checked out the area prior to starting work, and started to install 2 high quality fabric panels.During the install, a problem with the bottom rod came up; rather than schedule a new appointment, a quick trouble-shooting trip to Ace Hardware got the job back on track. These service techs were friendly, highly competent, and client-oriented. The clean-up of our area was great! When it's time to finally replace our motor, we'll definitely use their services again.Sonoran Retractables
