We were traveling through ******* in our rv with 3 adults and 4 kids. As we were going through the mountains the wind ripped a section of the exterior off our camper. RV repair was listed on their website. After speaking over the phone we sent photos and confirmed they could complete the repair for $600. He informed us it would be a temporary repair but would get us back to ********. We were informed the wait would be 1 1/2 hours. We continued to reach out multiple times throughout the day always being told 1 1/2 hours or they are wrapping and will be on their way. We were told they had the material to complete the repair already. Our original call was placed at 1:52pm. Throughout the course of 26 calls we were always promised they were coming and prepared. We were told at 7pm that the technician was going to ********** to get caulk and would then be there. The technicians finally arrived at 1am and the price increased to 700$ cash only and were not prepared. They did not have a ladder or material to complete the repair. They had a small piece of scrap flashing that would not cover even half the whole. They informed me ********** had closed and they could not get the material. I confirmed that ********** closed 2 hours after I was told they has been there. The technicians also informed that they did not understand why their employer had confirmed the repair. They stated they were mechanics and it required body or construction work and was not a repair they could complete. Our family was left without a repair after almost 12 hours of waiting. Had we not been provided false promises throughout the day we could have pursued other opportunities. Once contacting the owner to issue complaints he was severely disrespectful to my niece calling her names and other derogatory comments.Initial Complaint

Refuse to pay me.also giving false advertising. He is not licensed. He pays cash only.hes filing bankruptcy on prior buissness in ********** **.(****** ******************* is falsely saying he's acs certified when no one is.he charges customers 3x amount for parts.He's not reporting this buissness to my knowledge. He hires people then tells them they don't know what they are doing and refuses to pay.He lies about this.saying he has to do jobs for free .so he don't have to pay.
