Irrigation system ******* and his crew's repeated mantra was: “When we finish you won’t be able to tell that we were here” His website states: Since 2004, the Landscape Company has been a trusted partner of homeowners in the West Valley. On 8/31 when the job appeared to be mostly finished I paid ******* $**** (85%) of the agreed amount. ******* saw my concern and said, Don’t worry I’ll take care of things for you. If only the above things had happened! When asked to fix things. ******* stated, I wish I didn't get this job & I can't afford to do anymore. (******* had stated, "Since it is so hot we won't be working all day". Inferring they'd stop at 1-2. In his absence the workers stayed til 5, with needed long breaks from the heat sitting at the side of the house. They wanted a full days pay) Ongoing Needs 1. Explanation of warranty on Timer, Valves & his Work 2. His photos showing trench work 3. Return things to grade. Trenched areas below grade & areas where dirt was placed above grade. This includes granite areas next to house & patio wall 4. Irrigation boxes not aligned 5. Timer box loose 6. Some emitters are touching or too close to new plants 7. Replacement of Flagstone & Desiccated cacti. 8. Change 1 gph emitters on pots (set for 3 min.) to adjustable ones 9. Check & fix possible leak by rear fountain During the job this was encountered (because ******* was not there to supervise): 1. No cleanup at end of the day. Driveway. Access sidewalk, Rear patio covered in dirt, I had to sweep all the areas. 2. Trenching to some plants was not done 3. A trench was dug to a neighbor's plant (the lot line was marked with river rock) On the 8/31 I asked *******, "Could you check the emitters to see that everything is working. He replied, I asked my crew to do that. 7 hours later my rear yard was flooded, there was no emitter on a pipe.. The valves would not shut off.Customer response

Yesterday I talked with ******* and he indicated a willingness to come out if there are any leaks. So you can please close the BBB complaint.
