03/17/2023 and 03/24/2023 I am new to the area, I contacted LUXX Cavitation and spoke to ************** shared that I wanted to do cavitation on my stomach. She provided appointment and date. I texted back and asked for the address on my way there and she provided ****************** ( which is not what is on her website) which lead to me a house. She said she brought the business from *******. She offered me a package 5x $275 and I paid via whatsapp. On 03/18/2023 I texted her asking if I could come in no response. I went back for scheduled appt 03/24 mention I reached out to her and no response and she just blew me off. I told her I was going on vacation 04/07 and I wanted to finish the package prior to leaving. I asked to come 03/29 and 03/31 she said she do home health care during the week until 6 pm I stated I could come at 6:30 pm but she was hesitate! she started my procedure and the hand held device loss connectivity. She had to use a different device that day one that she had already described and not as effective. I contacted her 03/28 because I never received the notification via text for 2 dates I asked for which was 03/29 and 03/31. She seems extremely distracted, it may be due to her other job, I feel a strong personality disconnect and I feel very uncomfortable going back to her home enviroment. I asked her to subtract the two $60 visits, from the $275 leaving the balance of $155 and I requested she return it via cash app as she had me to send to her cash app. Also, she gave me an appointment card on 03/17 stated she would put my appointments to the package there and she did not. She only pout 03/24 and I told her it would be every Friday when we first spoke and I thought she had a commerical business enviroment (not her home). I am asking for my balance, not the full amount even though the second visit was a disaster.
