We hired this company for a complete remodel of a ***** square foot duplex unit. Very nice kid but NO attention to detail, NO follow through and NO urgency to complete the job. Took three months longer to complete the job than we were quoted.His only urgency was when he wanted payment. Then he texted and emailed four times in an hour asking for payment. Every other time we paid within 12 hours of receiving an invoice. If only he had such urgency to complete the job and complete it correctly.We paid to have the roof sealed and we asked for photos of the roof at completion. Weeks went by and no photos and no response. We had a weird feeling it was not done so we hired and paid a different contractor to inspect the roof. And we were right. The roof was not completed. The final sealant was never applied. After we told him about the roof he apologized and said he didn't know the roofers did not complete their job. They did finally apply the final sealant but makes me question the quality of all the other work that was done.We hired them to install new kitchen cabinets in the exact configuration they were before. They installed all new cabinets and forgot to leave an opening for the dishwasher and had forgot to plumb for the dishwasher. We installed a brand new porcelain bathtub in the bathroom and while his contractors were working they chipped the bathtub in two places. He patched it up but again it's probably not going to last. Two days after our tenants moved in they said they had no hot water. Evidently the hot water heater was not installed correctly and they had to work on it for two hours on a Sunday evening. They obviously did not test out anything after installation.My recommendation is DO NOT hire this company.
