I bought what we were told to be a healthy AKC pomeranian from ********************** . ********************** Amaya sold us a sick puppy with a heart mur mur and cough and yaking noises The vet said this should have never been missed ,********************** was informed about this right away and promised she would give us a replacement puppy but she never did . She led my family on for months saying this and never replaced her as promised by her , ********************** told us she would also pay for ***** to be checked out for this continuing yaking noise she has never called back to pay as she had promised to , She and I finally made an agreement on July 18th 2022 in which she had a new litter on June 1st 2022 and sent us some pics and videos we liked a girl out of this litter who had a full black nose similar to lilly ********************** said she needed to sell a male and female first before she could pay to ship the other puppy to me , i asked her what she planned to do with ***** and she said she would rehome her for free i then said since she has been here and has adjusted here we would agree to pay the shipping of the new puppy she agreed that we could keep ***** and she would find out how much shipping would be for the new puppy and send new videos and pics this is where she lied and never sent any more pics or videos .We paid her ***** plus continuing vet bills for what was suppose to be a healthy AKC pomeranian and the puppy ended up being sick and came with no akc papers ********************** kept saying she was planning on replacing her and she never did . She told us we can have pick of litter so when we picked one out of this litter born June 1st 2022 she never went through with deal she stopped sending pics and videos and has emtionally drained us from all this . We are devastaed she did this as we had lost our dog of 11 years and we were looking forward to getting a new healthy puppy . We are seeking a full refund as we can no longer trust what this breeder says and the puppy continues to need vet care . We are seeking a refund ,Business response

I paid for vet bills and Surgery. The contract states I only give a replacement puppy if this puppy dies due to a genetic defect. A Necropsy report in writing by a licensed vet reviewed by my vet. They have a copy of the contract. No where does it say I give them a refund.Customer response

onya Amaya has been leading our family on for months she sold us a sick puppy and the puppy continues to need vet care , we recently submitted to her the vet bill of ****** to her and she has not paid it to date Sepetember 13th 2022 She did state to us all here and the vet that she would replace the puppy but she never did , SHE HAS SOLD US A SICK ***** AND CONTINUES TO IGNORE THE PROBLEM . SHE TOOK THIS ***** ON A AIRPLANE RIDE WITH A HEART MUR Mur , YAKING NOISES AND BAD COUGH . WE HAVE THE **** MESSAGES FROM HER SENDING US PICS OF OTHER PUPS AS SHE SAID SHE WOULD REPLACE THE ***** , SHE TOLD US TO GET THE ***** VET CARE OUT HERE CAUSE IT WAS CHEEPER AND SHE WOULD TAKE THE ***** BACK ONCE WE GOT ALL THIS DONE TONYA AMAYA TOLD US IN A **** WHICH WE STILL HAVE SHE COULD NOT AFFORD TO PAY THE SHIPPING AND WE HAD TO WAIT FOR A FURTURE LITTER . We waited and then she gave us nothiong but the run around and led us on for months . It is sad to say the puppy she has sold me continues to need vet care Tonya Amaya broke her own contract by selling us a sick puppy since she lied and said she would replace her but didnt this entitled us to a refund under ******** laws and they carry the puppy Lemon law in Arizonia . She should not be selling sick puppies to people and think that its ok to do this ,
