              On October 31th around **** I paid $25 for gas inside this AMPM store. I told them I was on pump 11. I returned to my car to pump my gas and and after about 2 minutes of trying realized I had given the clerk the wrong number pump. I returned inside the store to a long line and by the time I reached the clerk again she informed me that someone had pumped the $25 worth of gas I paid for and there was nothing that she could do to remedy the situation. After several minutes of telling her I want the as that i paid for and her telling me there is nothing she could do about it I asked for a manager. She stated there was no manager on duty, then waved over another employees who stated the same thing she said. I then walked out the door and called the customer service number from my receipt to file a complaint with no response. Every gas pump in america has a sign that stealing gas is a crime. I don't understand why this situation was different.
