Ordered through the mobile app. Did not receive full order, the other portion of the order was burnt/made improperly. When I called the location I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and no one came back to the phone. I called 7 more times before finally getting ahold of someone and then told to call 866-oksonic. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone I was told they could only offer me a coupon and escalate my ticket. After telling them they need to refund the charge I was told I would have to call the location I ordered from. I called the location back again and was given the managers information. The manager, ***********************, does not answer calls and the voicemail is full. I have not received a call from anyone regarding the escalation either.
