Sent us an axle that had the threads totally destroyed, I called and the guy in the phone told me to F off ! I do not recommend this company.

Was cussed out on the phone after inquiring about my return. Hung up on and still an owed $100

I made an $800 with this guy and could not get needed info from him afterwards. Several emails spaced days apart went unanswered. I emailed him that it didnt say much for his customer service when he never responded. Finally after more than a week with nothing, I sent one that said if I didnt hear from him he could keep the items ordered wherever they were and that I would decline the charges on my CC. Nothing. So today before I called the CC company, I thought maybe he was in the hospital or something and maybe he couldnt respond, so I called. No answer. I left a message. Later I get a voice message from an unknown number. Its him stating his 800 #. I call it and he answers. I reminded him of my name and the order and asked what the status was. He said the parts are right in his shop. I asked if I missed something. And then he went off. F*** me and my F***ing this and that and that I could still have the parts but now I had to give him cash. I replied no thanks, I dont need them that bad and hung up. In my sixty plus years this is as bad of customer service as Ive ever heard or experienced. I suspect this individual is mentally unstable, especially given the reviews here are basically all the same. I certainly would not recommend using this business. There is no "zero" stars or that's what Id have rated.

What ever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!I received a wrong part and called to get it resolved. I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee and asked why when I did not get what I ordered. I was told that, "I was looking for a fight and to go f#ck off", then I was hung up on. I do my best to support small business and especially those owned and operated by Veterans. This company advertised that, so I wanted to support them. They are a disgrace to the ***************** and are in a class I would associate with the slime, scum-sucking leaches.TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS ELSWHERE
